How do you identify a herpes zoster? Is the affected area supposed to feel like someone is pulling from within? Can they also change colors after some time? Can soframycin be used on the affected area?

My lymphocytes level is 43 (normal 14-40), eosinophils level is 8 (normal 1-6) and absolute eosinophils value is 0.47 (normal 0-0.4). Along with this chloride level is 107 (normal 98). Cholestrol level 4.06 (normal 1.0-3.5) Vitamin B12 level is 173 (normal 200-996) Vitamin D level is 29.79 (normal 30-100) Are these values indicative of some underlying issues? For the last three days I have fever since noon. At night, the body temperature is returning to normal. The fever does not go above 100 degrees. 1 semtember I saw a doctor. He told me to take azithromycin 500mg tablet once a day for five days. Even after eating for the last two days, I still have a fever this afternoon. Hi Doctors, From few years ,I am facing issue such as tiredness,stomach upset like Ibs,heartbeat suddenly starts fast ,fear .everytime I checked my blood tests are normal .then finally I checked with psychologist .he said you have general anxiety disorder .he gave me some serotonin tablate and sleep medicine as I was facing issue with sleep also .after some times I feel better.but after few months again problems start such as dizziness ,loss of balance.i did test again this time for vitamin d and b12 .both were less such as b12 was 200 .so he gave me b12 and d tablate .but after few times again feeling small chest pain again ECG and 2d was normal .now today I feel like panick attack as my heartbeat start rapidly feel like offbalnce.i tried everything neurologist , cardiologist , psychologist,general physician but still issue is there .I am fed up now .what to do . Please suggest 😐 Lifestyle -overthinking, exercise was very less due to wfh ,stress

My mother had a bone surgery after an accident last month. She was on painkillers and NSAID drugs and some of them are still continuing. We did a regular CBC and LFT. We are seeing high level of ggt but all other parameters of lft (like: ALP, sgot, sgpt..) are normal. What is this related to?

My mom's TSH profile was 2.75 in may 2023 and she generally uses 50mcg , now TSH raised to 4.69 just slightly lower than the higher limit . Pls suggest regarding changes in her dosage

I have my thyroid medication on an empty stomach in the morning after getting up..and take my bp medication with the morning tea.. This morning, by mistake, I took my bp medication in an empty stomach. After 5-6 minutes or more I realised my mistake and then took my thyroid medication.. Will it do any harm to me? Please help me.. I am tensed and anxious.. P.S I take Thyrox 50 (thyroid) and Telmikind 25 (blood pressure)..
