She is prescribed to take Vit D3 60k IU once a week for 2 months for the treatment of Vit d3 deficiency. During the treatment, can she take her routine complete multivitamin like Riconia silver which also has Vit D3 200iu in it?

I am having swelling over legs and ankle from last one week which is increasing slowly. Early morning I had swelling under eyes also which decreased during the day. I am case of hypothyroidism with last TSH 6.5 (dose of medicine was increased to 75 from 50 microgm 2 months back). Now my total bilirubin is 2.1 (indirect is 1.3 and direct is 0.8. Kidney and urine report is normal. Thyroid report not come yet. Pls help me what could be the problem. Is edema and jaundice due to hypothyroidism only ? Pls help
