Flu

Hello I am having numbness on left side of my face since 1 week. I am unable to move my left side of face, closing eye lids is slower and have tears in eyes often. I am abroad , have consulted with neurologist doctor. He ruled out brain related cause by MRI. I am not confident with treatment here, as its been week and there are no sign of improvement. Please guide me what could be the best treatment strategy for Bells palsy. Which specialist should I consult? Thanks in advance.

Actually I started fever on 27th of dec 2023 with cough .i take medicine from doctor for 5days After 3days my fever and cough will be back Is it viral fever . I will check the typhoid but typhoid not seen in my report. What can i do ??

Actually fever and cough phelgum is starts from 27th of dec i take medicine from our family doctor for 5days .after completion for 5days when i go to my work after firstly cough and second fever is come . I will test of typhoid and cbc esr but all report is normal . Is it viral infection??

Can someone advise me if taking mucaine gel syrup has any interaction with albendazole 400 mg? I am taking mucaine gel syrup for acid reflux. Just wanted to check if i am good to take albendazole with mucaine gel
