I have upper back pain like tightness most in middle also my back side lower neck side pain near breast bone pain like little lower side of bone in middle some time left middle and right side lower side of bone I didn't have any other symptoms sometimes when I have stress my pain will be worsen I have sitting job like IT engineering I did ecg test echo 2D and troponin test all are normal I consult doctor they are said that because of gastric but i feel anxiety because of this pain search more about this in google and YouTube but i will get more anxiety.
