My father 64 years old getting frequent fever in every 2 days ,Also rheumatid arthritis in his knees and since morning it was paining heavily and suddenly right now fever with chills...kindly suggest any medication. We have given him 1 paracetamol, also to inform we got his body spa done 2 days back and this feverish feel started since then...as during the spa they ask to remove all the clothes and the ceiling fan was on...we suspect this was the root cause.

At the age of 64 years you should not get your father treated (first consultation) by a tele-consultation. Please first let him be seen by a qualified General Physician in your area.
