Low endurance and weakness
I have a very low endurance. I cannot run on treadmill faster for more than 2-3 minutes but can walk for long periods.
feel weak throughout the day, I can go to gym only on alternate days as i have some body ache which persists for entire day and makes me lazy to step out
My b12 and d3 were normal . which all tests will you recommend.
