Piles - blood in stool
Im suffering from piles for the last 5 days. Pain while passing motion and after passing motion also having the irritation. Have seen blood in motion. Using annovate cream in anus area. What tablet can I take to reduce the swelling and blood in stool. How many tablets per day in need to take. Please suggest.

You are misdiagnosing yourself with piles within 5 Days.  Need detailed history of bowel habits, dietary habits, lifestyle and clinical evaluation before we mark it as pile mass..there is a difference in hemorrhoids & fissure. Acute anal fissure is very painful, and needs effective management. Initially medical management and if failed surgical intervention may be required.
