Hi. I have paronychia with pain,inflammation and pus. I did warm compress yesterday and today and pus is coming out on its own. I am attaching the picture. Please tell me if i still need to take antibiotics or pus needs to be drained. I prefer not to take any meds. Thank you.

I have strep throat whose pain goes when i press neck muscle once a day. But mucous is still there, which comes when i cough. It is basic cough with mucous. Shall i have antibiotic (Azithro or amoxy) or shall i have anti allergic (fexofenadine) or shall i do nothing just betadine gargles, hot items and raam naam japp? Not coughing heavily (i already sleep on my incliner so symptoms not coming out properly)
