Hello doctor today I boil water in electric kettle which is not washed well. It is used by my sister in law for steam. She mixed viks in it. Today I boil water in it and drink full sip of water which taste is bitter and I drink it. After I search on Google and YouTube doctor says it is fatal and cause death seizers memory loss, nauses and vomiting. After that I am so much anxious and worried. My bp is around 146/96 and pulse 112. No symptoms of vomitting but head pressure not any other symptoms but totally anxious. Past history of health anxiety and panic attacks. So much worried please help. I am going to emergency doctor or not please help. I swallow about 30 minutes before. Help me
