I feel imbalance while walking I have done standard MRI of brain and spine both are normal ears got checked by ent ears are also normal blood pressure after walking 3 km is 122/84 heart rate 91 bpm don't know what's causing this imbalance this gets more worse after I get tired after walking what's causing this

I have a ball on left side of my neck, it's not painfull it's movable, it's been over for a year now, I don't know it's a type of nerve or something, do I need to be carefully or check it out

My Serum HDL Cholesterol is 32 mg/dl and Serum Triglyceride is 241 mg/dl. Screenshot of Blood- Test Report is attached herewith. Should I need to take medicine for getting HDL Cholesterol and Triglyceride in normal value or should I only keep attention on healthy diets, avoid Oily and excess Fat containing foods and do Exercises? What should I do? Please suggest me.

I had stomach pain intermittently around belly area for 2 days.. today i have had dull stomach pain in the morning for 15 mins.. now i am ok but have nausea only .. no diarrhoea no stomach pain now only nausea.. i had omam water.. should i consult the doctor now or leave it as i only have nausea not stomach pain
