Dear doctor , i have bad neck pain an upper spine pain ,i had taken epidural 7 years ago for my Delivery , an not in facing pains , some time i feel weak in lower legs , i feel tingling in head some times ..arms an wriest weakness ..! i feel giddy some times ?!! can any one tell me why im facing this ..!

Hello doctors. So recently from 2-3 months I was having cough and cold. I took medicines for it. The cold went away but dry cough still exists. 2 months ago, my weight was 62.5 kg, but it's been decreasing ever since. Now it's 60 kg. What must be the reason for this? I wish to do some tests. From the last 4-5 years, I was living a sedentary lifestyle, except climbing stairs of my office building daily. My belly fat has been increased and now i want to have a healthy lifestyle. So i have decided to join a fitness club. Should i have to do any blood test or general health checkup before joining the gym. My height is 5ft 5 inches, body weight is 62KG, Every month i visit hospital for regular follow up of my gastritis problem, and every time bp and heart rate are being measured. It was within 140/80 range and heart rate were between 80-95 bpm.
