Is jowar and ragi are good for hypothyroid patient ? I take ragi malt everyday for breakfast. Is it okay to have it ? Also thinking to start including jowar in my diet.

Hi everyone. I see lymphocytes level is 20 % it was 29 %. Slowly it got decreased. But absolut lymphocytes count is normal. Is it dangerous that lymphocytes count is down. ?
