I have always been turning on my ac during summer at 24 degrees and have had no issues keeping it on for a long time. But recently since last 1 to 2 years...i have not been able to tolerate the cold air of AC at the same temperature or the fan when it is at fast speed (3 and above). My body is more comfortable in summer since last 2 years as compared to winter now whereas it has been the opposite my whole life. I am also no longer comfortable drinking cold water. I drink water at room temperature now. Please advise if this is a health issue.

My father is 60 years diabetic and hypertensive and also on aspirin...his platelet count from past 1 year is always 1.5-1.6 and never above or below this level..all his blood reports , vitamin profile and usg abdomen are normal ...he's healthy as well but can't really understand reason for borderline platelets.....is this normal
