My Vitamin b12 is 188 and vitamin d is 17.2. I used to think that i have some heart issue but when i underwent full body test than i got these results. Thyroid, kft, lft are within normal limits. What to do for improving vitamin b12 and vitamin d

I am having right lower abdomen pain along with right Thigh pain Previously I used to have this kind of pain if I walk a long or any hard works or long sitting. But that time only 2 mins it was there . Then it gone. But for the past 3 days I am having this pain recurrently. Suggest me any solution. For your information I am using Rolling chair for my work for the past one week.

In March 2023 my platelets count were -170 In September 23 platelets were -220 In January 24 platelets were-310 Also RBC and hemoglobin has increased too in one year In January RBC--6.5  and Hemoglobin was-17.1    Is there anything concerning about this?

I am 37 years old male. My weight has increased from 88 to 94 in last three months. I do not feel fatigue or lethargic and also eat normally. No overeating and also try to walk frequently. Due to weight gain I took up T3 T4 and TSH test in which TSH was 6.60 and T3 and T4 were within the range. Can you suggest what is the reason for my weight gain although I walk routinely and eat normally. I have a job and spend 3-4 hours on laptop so have slightly increased waistline also. I have my waist as 40. I want to reduce weight but don't have time to exercise aur walk for 40 mins.daily. Please help
