Hello My doctor prescribed me medrol 8mg one week and 4mg 1 week for my ENT problem like nasal deviation post nasal drip and allergy, As medrol is a steroid wether it's safe to take for 2 weeks?

I got fainted after working in college kitchen for almost 5 hrs . First i started feeling dizzy and when i went out as i was feeling suffocated i fainted for abt 3 minutes according to my friends . I was given nimbu pani and was back to normal in 10 minutes . While working in the kitchen the ventilation was switched iff and after that i felt that . Went to er they said it is because of dehydration . I am culinary art student and have to work in kitchen for long hours What precautions to take .
