By mistake I took one brakke medicine and I am breastfeeding(occassionally) to my 13 month old baby. Can this affect my baby? For how long do I need to stop breastfeeding?

I had a HIV exposure and got myself tested after 28 days. The result was negative. The method was ELFA. After how many weeks should I retest and what are the chances of it being a false negative.

A dog bite me on January 14 th and I completed my 5th dose of rabies vaccine on February 11 th 2024. On Feburary 17 2024 a dog in my hostel while being playfull, accidentally touched my legs with its paws. as my skin was dry there was a white mark but no blood was there. should I get vaccinated again and should I get a booster dose? if then on what day should I take booster dose. I don't have any symptoms except a bit of acidity, heartburn and anxiety. I don't know if stress or dehydration has caused the elevated bilirubin levels.

I had taken anti tetanus toxoid or vaccine that we get in medical stores in India, in September 2021, November 2022 and most recent in July 2023 due to various exposures. Actually I had shaved today and after 5 to 7 minutes, I had touched a cast iron utensil to lift vessels (pakad) and accidently rubbed my hands on my cheeks meanwhile. There was no noticeable blood flowing by then. To simply put do I need a vaccine again or I am protected as it is not even 1 year since I took my last tetanus vaccine in July, 2023? What is the duration of immunity imparted by the vaccine usually?

I took about 12 rabies vaccine in the past 75 days due to anxiety and fear will there be any long term or short term side effects ??

Because of contradictory answers by some most of the times, it is not clear. I was born in 1973 in Mumbai. To be sure I took 3 Tetanus injections each one month apart (0,1,2) as primary series in 2000. Ever since, I surely got 1 Tetanus injection before 5 years, sometimes even within 2 years. So if I took a Tetanus toxoid on 26th June, 2023 do I need to take another vaccine now since already 6 months past as told by two doctors here Or as many have said it is effective for atleast 5 years, 10 years Max. I don't need it now say if I got a mild cut with iron or abrasion? Please clear this confusion of 6 months vs 5/10 years if possible.

It's an old stainless steel jali from where water exists in our pg room and it remains dirty at times, I got cut on my thumb and bleeding was there ,do I need tetnus for this?
