Dear doctor ,i'm having neck pain an upper back pain from almost 2 years now , it's been a week now it's getting worst , i'm having tingling in lower legs ,on an off ..an weakness in both the arms ,not always but some time ,i feel dizzy some times..! For neck pain an these problems which doctor should i consult ..

I have severe coldness in feet and hands intermittently but is present most of the day. I also have high blood pressure especially diastolic which is in the range of 130/100 to sometimes 134/96 along with flushing of face, heat, coldness in feet and hands sometimes. And these symptoms are very discomforting to me. I tried taking amlodipine or cilnidipine but those drugs didn't improve my coldness, instead the flushing worsened and coldness also worsened. They also increased my heart rate to 120/min,  also caused palpitations, tension in neck and headache. I am now taking nebivolol 5 mg/day and it somewhat helps with bp. But during stressful work or cold exposure or sometimes simply sitting in room, my feet get cold and hands too. And diastolic always remains high. How to treat this diastolic hypertension and coldness in extremities?

I got rabivax vaccine on 0,3,7,14th day and was supposed to get 5th dose at 28th day but missed the dose and late by 2 days.. should i take the 5 th dose now. I was bit my 2-3 month old street puppy and had little bleed that's why my doctor prescribed it.

My wife is getting fever since 11th December, 2023. Also she is having vomitting sensations, is it viral fever or there are any other serious concerns?

Hi sir/mam, I am in final mbbs and i regularly experience tingling sensation in lower limbs mostly thighs which causes extreme discomfort. It is acute in onset and gradually progressive making me irritated and disturbs studies. Disappears after few minutes to hours. What might be the cause of this and how should I proceed with this ? Should I take a muscle relaxant ? Or is it nerve related ? Should I consult an orthopaedist ? Please help me come to a solution. Thanks
