Feeling lazy, being non productive
I am waking up feeling tired, sleepy and lazy inspite of getting a very good 9-10 hours of sleep. I am a bit intolerant to heat so due to heat, I am sweating profusely which is making me feel dizzy and nauseous , my appetite is increased as well (recently).. are these just due to heat or is there any other underlying cause

It might be due to heat. Keep ur self hydrated. Drink plenty of water. Do check ur vitamin d level  and review.

Yes it can be due to heat or change in weather increase in appetite is normal nothing to be worried about. For lethargic and laziness you have to maintain your energy level and hydration. Take more electrolytes juices for us and fluids at least 3 to 4 litres of water you should take daily. Avoid direct exposure to heat for long time. take rest. Connect for more.
