My heart is skipping beats 7-8 times at different times in a day. I am scared why is it happening so?

Hello doctors My age is 34 male recently I took full body checkup and found my vitamin b12 is 61 and vitamin d is 8 so consulted doctor he gave neurobion forte for a month  should  I take this for 6 months or not ... while taking this tablet I found out that forehead sweating was reduced because my whole body used to sweat alot but after taking this tablet I felt much better unfortunately doctor is unavailable he's gone abroad so I am confused to continue or stop please help me

I had fractured my right ankle on November 2023. Now I am having heel pain on my right leg. Dr. advised me to take uric acid test. My uric acid level is 5.27 mg/dl. Dr. Has now given me feburic 80 to lower my uric acid. Should I take the medicine as my report says that my uric acid is in the normal range?

Hello doctor, I have a cold, fever, headache, bodyache,cough,and throat itching (I am on medication currently) I was on a diet before. But because I am sick i can't diet and I feel like eating too much. i am eating too much.. i am a little worried about what if I gain weight. What is the validity of the tetanus shot that we usually get from the pharmacy or the medical shop, that u don't have to take a shot again from cuts?  Some shops say it's 6 weeks, some say 1 month, some say 3 months, some say 6 months. What is the actual and scientific validity?

I have had a small lump in my armpit for 3-4 weeks now, there was pus( very tiny amount) and some blood secretion a few days back but the lump hasn't cleared yet. I've been a smoker and quit recently, I'm worried if it's something serious. Please suggest!
