Fever and cough
My daughter has fever since Sunday - for two days she had continuous fever. . The fever died down on 3rd day.. came back once in a day but subsided with Calpol. Now today on 5th day she got fever for whole day and her hands are cold. Should I take her in Emergeny? Also she has not been
eating well at all.
Doctor earlier said it's viral so wait until 5-6 days.

-normally child is relatively warm compare to adult, so don’t jump for fever directly without measuring temperature
-if temperature is more then 100F then only give paracetamol in a proper dose (in pediatric age group it’s very common to give improper doses without consultation with paediatrician)
-make a temperature chart 3-4 hourly …it will help you as well as doctor about pattern of fever
-is fever associated with chills or fever mainly noted on night ?
