I have tired , sleepy eyes for last two months , even though I'm taking care of it , hardly screen time , sleeping well, but still not getting well , my eyes are very heavy that I have to stretch my eyes open , my upper eye lids are very heavy , feels like  swelling around my eyes but its not , I'm sleepy all the time .. I have also use artificial tears..no use ... Help me .. I have upload this question to eye docter ,none of them responsed . And am in Village, we don't have docter here , past few years after having child I had very poor sleeping schedule and I also cried alot...alot ...

Today while coming home from college I was walking  I accidentally walked on broken syringe  and needle 💉 which was lying on road annd I was wearing shoes at that time and I went home and washed my feet with soap and water. But I m sure that I did not stepped on needle but on broken parts of syringe. There was no bleeding from my feet and I checked for any wound mark but there was not any as I was also wearing shoes. So is there any hiv risk ? What should I do

Is it a matter of concern if the 4th dose of anti rabies( abhayrub ) is taken 2 days late... Is the vaccine effective even without immunoglobulin for minor scratch if the 1st shot is taken in 48 hrs... And if the saliva went through eyes or nose is the vaccine still effective.

Hi doctors, Last 2 days, I am feeling light fever. Sometimes it feels normal and somtimes feels like fever. Feeling tired, and low in energy. Pls suggest me some meds for the recovery.
