According to your drug chart you are taking digoxin tablet.
Aceclofenac and digoxin both increases blood potassium level. So it's not safe to take it both together.
U can take tab paracetamol for headache.
Please don't take tablets like aceclofenac ,ibuprofen etc for a mere headache. They're known as NSAID's. Excess use of it can damage ur gut(cause ulcers) and may damage ur kidneys too.
