My mother is 60 yrs old..her typhoid fever is nt going down since 9 days..she has strt taking her medicine 6 days ago..but her fever is nt going down..its 101 most of th dasy n even more at evenings..she has taken a 5 days course of cefixime 400 mg..once a day along with azithromycin 500mg once a day..nw she has strtedcefixime 400mg. .m worried..is the medicine okk???

I read that the anti fungal Ketoconazole can treat both of these fungi. I don't take other medications. But I've had gastrointestinal problems. Can I take this medication? Is it safe for me to try? I have been having gastric issues since 2 years, i was on medication for two months but once i felt better,i stopped the medicines. 5 days earlier, at night while sleeping i got dizzy and had to vomit by inserting finger to ease myself. Since then i feel like having fever but body temp is always normal. I get an urge to vomit. I have headache on forehead and pressure behind eyes. my feet is cold under a blanket at night.

Dear doctor i am 31 years old i have cold, cough with sputum and sore chest since 2 month, symtoms are like on and off when i take medication it off for 2 days, and when i have head bath with in 24 hrs i get cold and cough with sputum , i cont able to take ice cream, sweets, chocolates, even tea also . i will increase the cough whilei take sweet or sugar contents. i dont have fever, body pains, sweatings, weight loos, chest pains. may i known what is the main cause for this .please prescribe
