Its been tree days since i got my wound from a rusty galvanized iron and early this morning i had difficulty in breathing and fever and the doctor here gave us a 3 shots is it ok alreafy?

I have a cold already for 5 weeks and are very tired every day. I take vitamins and sleep a lot but it doesn't get better. What should I do?

I was bit by a stray puppy dog yesterday who lives outside my home and had been aggressive since yesterday and I am very sure he has rabies since he’s attacking other puppies too. I have had 5 rabies injections in August 2016. Do I need them again?? I although went to a homeopathy doctor yesterday and had Belladonna 1x given to me. Thanks!

My right toe thumb's nail removed accidently yesterday night at my bedroom. Blood came out till sometime. I have washed the wound with betadine and applied bandage over it. Do I need to get tetanus injection as well? Also let me know am I required to consult a doctor?

After this i have taken maftel forte half teb. at 01/01/18 morning and half teb. at evening. and today i have taken 1 teb. (Maftel forte) at 10:30 AM. Is this safe medicien to relief fever and throat pain? i am also taking leverial 500mg for head surgery (as you know, this medicien is suggested by fortis hospital after surgery). please revert back whenever u will free.TY

As per tests done, my Vitamin D level is 6.4 ng/ml in the report received.
