I had Viral fever, after medication the fever is off now.....but now I have itching all over the body...and unable to Sleepwell for past 2 days

Loose motion and vomiting seems to be vomiting but vomiting is not happening....

After jogging, I'm getting pains. It stays the whole day when I jog, feel niggles otherwise. There is slight swelling doesn't feel Like a fracture though. What are possible issues? And best course of action?

I am feeling sleepy and eye stressed since 7 days. I am also suffering from little cold and cough. I have gone through a Medicine Specialist he suggested me for a medical test i.e. blood test , BP test and ECG and found normal. Given me cough syrup but it didn't worked. Hello I’ve been fatigued and having daily headaches my CBC came back as low rbc at 4.46 low hemoglobin at 13.0 and high monocytes absolute at .89 should I be concerned? What would cause this?
