Flu

Male 78 years old, diabetic and hypertensive 20 years ago.on insulin treatment. Developed acute state of confusion 10 days ago ( hallucinations and delusions and sleep disturbance).. his blood pressure and glucose are controlled... all lab results are within normal range ( CBC, renal and liver function, cholesterol level, urine analysis, thyroid function, electrolytes) except ESR.. he is eating well and no memory disturbance. He takes statin and aspirin as prophylaxis for long time.

Im 2 weeks delayed and got a positive result in pt. Im worrying why both of my hands and soles are itching.. is it possible of having cholestasis? And before i got positive in pt, i started taking glutathione for 10days and stopped it right away.

I've had a stuffed nose and a fever fo two days and my stomach hurts even after I eat and right after I wake up I am tired and sore

I am sleeping day and night literally, getting up to eat and work for 2-3 hours twice a day and back to sleep. I am going through a hard time for a number of years, but this problem started about a week ago. I am just exhausted and fall asleep in my chair so when I awaken a bit I drag myself to bed. I do not think it is depression. I take insulin for diabetes but doing good lately for me with A1C 7.9. I have 2 mechanical heart valves but PT and blood counts and all blood tests are really pretty

.only secretion in throat.i have history of tuberculosis in past 4years back.i did cXr,CBC, thyroid profile test,all this are coming normal But montaux test positive 30 mm
