My wife is suffering from dry cough and vomiting. She is unable to sleep whole night from last 2 days. Please suggest appropriate medicine.

Full head ache,cough ,cold from last 2days ..i used saridon tablets from 2days.but its not recovering me from headache

Hello dr! .. im having this problem from childhood. . I get very bad,shooting pain in my  both legs specially,but sometimes its only in one leg. And sometimes i get pain in my hands (around elbow to wrist ) too.. specially the wrist area... In childhood i used to get this pain in legs only from what i remember. . Now in this condition i find very relief from the pain if put my legs in hot water for sometimes. .or i tie them tightly with a rope kind of thing.. and COLD air on my legs makes the pain more worst !.. Pain stays for few hours.. but i get better with hot water soaking.. or tying.  Dr. do i need to pay attention to this? Why does this pain is on n off?.. I've noticed that this pain comes when i came back home from shopping whole day.. but it comes when im at home wholeday.. Thanks Regards Div
