My wife is suffering from dry cough and vomiting. She is unable to sleep whole night from last 2 days. Please suggest appropriate medicine.

Please Give her... Cap rablet D  5 1 on empty stomach Wait for 20 minutes before taking anything orally Tab allegra 5 1 Tab medrol 5 8 mg 1 Tab aziwok 3 500mg 1 Sy broncorex 1 5 ml three times a day Nebulize with Duolin and Budicort respule Twice a day Re Consult after 3days
