My left side rib is paining and i can't stop eating i'm tired all of the time and i have blured vision ..and i'm a !8 year old girl

I am suffering from fever from seven days I am also the patient of diabities, I took peracetamol etc thrice a day but I couldn't get relief, at last I went to the doctor checkup of my widal test because before this the doctor to check-up my typhoid.

I feel dizzy and have a bad headache, usually I would get headaches once every 1 or 2 months. But this is the first time that I’ve felt dizzy while having a headache. Yesterday around 1pm I felt dizzy and had a headache, even though I was just sitting in the car. I took some Tylenol (one every 4 hours) and went to sleep serval times. When I got to school today I just felt the dizziness again and the headache was back. This isn’t effects of my period because my own is not consistent.
