To avoid running nose / cold taking Tab Mondeslor since last three years, will it cause any side effect ?

I have been suffering from pain in my whole body along with headache and little fever from past few days.These symptoms are more frequent during evening which is very much distrubing leading me into depression and sleep.i have using antibiotics as per doctors guidence for past 4 days but problems seems to show up when medicine action ends.Should i go through any blood test?please help me thru this.

Lately,i have been facing some strange problems.In three months i have fainted twice and i feel tired and powerless in most of the cases.I can sleep myself at nights so i am using some medecines in order to sleep.My face is so pale and my skin is so dry.Today while i was having my lunch i had a strange pain below the ribs and a feeling if throwing up so bad.Also i have a vibration i my hands and body and can not stay on my feet properly.I do not know what is wrong with me.

Heat boils all over body n itching since 3 days, taken avil 25 twice a day for 2 days. but still boils not reduced.
