Flu

I have had a painful knot below my left rib cage for 2 months, the pain comes and goes, the knot is hard and does not move. Decreased appetite, nauseated, weight loss, extreme dizziness, light headed, weak/fatigue, severe migraines.

I have been getting a cold feeling in my head on and off .I also feel light headed sometime. I am on bp medications and in control but my pulse is always between 54 to 60 .I am now 56 but active with my morning 40 mins walk and 20mins meditation.i am always anxious and have an unknown fear which comes and goes once a month. Pls suggest

I was affected with dengue fever and platelets was fallen up to 10000. Then doctors done platelets transmission from three persons ( mine and donars were O+ve) then platelts were rised and i discharged. All this happen in October 2017 (4 months back). My problem is, after recovery from dengue every month i was suffered from common fever (viral, cold etc) and full tiredness even walk for 30 min. , i don`t have enthusiasm and activeness as before.
