This is a consultation for Rian Sachdeva who had cold, cough and mild fever last week. He is feeling better now.

Since diwali this year I am having cough due the pollution. It starts when I get out of house or office. And stops later. The cough dry. Even if there was discharge from the mouth it was clear or whitish. But since 2 weeks I think I have caught an infection and I am having more chronic cough and now the discharge is diffrent. It is more thick. Dark greenish, and very thick. Not sure what to do. Can it be TB? Any suggestions?

How long can weed stay in your saliva and show up on a swap drug test. How effect is it. They want to drug test my kid at school by a swap which I have no problem with but wondering how this way is effect. I would prefer a urine or blood test for them
