Flu

My mother is having some pain in her right shoulder ( capsule is protruding) since 1 month . She is undergoing physiotherapy and taking prescribed medicines. But today in morning she said her hand is not moving and went to bathroom and she fainted in bathroom for about 3-5 minutes. Is anxiety and pain the reason for fainting or something else can be the reason . Other than this she is not suffering from any other problem . She recently had a complete body test.

A street puppy licked my fingertips yesterday. I tried not to touch anywhere on my body with that hand for around 30 mins or one hour, but i don't remember after that if i had eaten anything or put my finger inside my nose. Should i get a rabies vaccine in this case?

I have Vit B12 deficiency with 106. I have been advised to take Renerve Plus injection. Is it the right choice? I had same Vit B12 deficiency detected in jun 2017 and I took Nerobian forte but in jan now still its 106.

Doc i am feeling very tensed during bp check. Normal heart beat of self is always 75. But when i check bp it is going as high as 118. Can you suggest to take BP tablet?
