Flu

I have developed finger clubbing grade 2. My elder brother has it since age 18 . I have read online posts and it says it is due to multiple reasons. I did my full health check up with chest x ray , ECG and CBC blood tests and all r normal. Since past week there is slight pain in the fingers. Please help me diagnose this and cure it. Have had flu for 5 days and still have fever it's been since January 14 and since taking penicillian for 2 days thinking was my ear . Went to Dentist cause jaw and gums swollen he said no infection and ear had no drainage but pressure and now still fever at night and I'm in menopause and no night sweating . 99.4 woke up midnight so terrible hot and nauseaus . Fever been 100 I take ibuprofin to bring down fever and blood pressure been as low as 112 over 55 on 1/20 when have fever

Hello Dr I am confuse because I am not able to distinguish what is happening with me? I have lot of weakness. Fever comes at the end of day and in morning I am ok for daily routine. My all bones paining. There is pain in lower abdominal part. Please suggest me the treatment.

My dr said i have higher than normal white blood cell count. Not enough to be mono but asked if i was tired. i am fatigued but not enough to be mono. what else could it be?

My mother is having some pain in her right shoulder ( capsule is protruding) since 1 month . She is undergoing physiotherapy and taking prescribed medicines. But today in morning she said her hand is not moving and went to bathroom and she fainted in bathroom for about 3-5 minutes. Is anxiety and pain the reason for fainting or something else can be the reason . Other than this she is not suffering from any other problem . She recently had a complete body test.
