Finger clubbing grade 2. Slight pain .

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have developed finger clubbing grade 2. My elder brother has it since age 18 . I have read online posts and it says it is due to multiple reasons. I did my full health check up with chest x ray , ECG and CBC blood tests and all r normal. Since past week there is slight pain in the fingers. Please help me diagnose this and cure it. Any good doctor for the same? Thanks, Jay
