Hello doctor ,I have a b 12 deficiency with 116 level. And my doctor has prescribed me b 12 injection. 1×4 days after that 1×4 weeks and 1×1 month.i have taken 1×4 days and 1 ×1 week dosage till now.i have googled it so many times that how long it will take to feel me getting well.and I found that it takes 2 to 3 days to take action to a b 12 shot.but I am taking it from last 10 days and till now I haven't seen any improvement.plz tell me how long it will take to improve my health.regards.

Hi, my mother keeps getting repeated attacks of migraine specifically when she has had less hours of sleep and exposure to sun. Her head starts pounding and she cannot do anything apart from trying to sleep and hoping for the headache to reduce. This also initiates neck pain and eventually vomiting sometimes. She takes a Dolo 650 usually when the pain becomes unbearable. Also as a part of home remedy sometimes powdered and heated clove is applied on the forehead which helps. Please suggest other ways to get faster relief from this.

I noticed a small bulge near anus. It is not painful, but it is little discomfortable for sometime after passing the stool. I can sense the bulge only when I am passing the stool, the swelling is not there after an hour.
