Can I take multivitamin and minerals tablet and Aryuvedic height stimulator together?

I have recently been dishonest with Grade ll fatty liver and I have been having Hypothyrodism for 6 years and been having 100 mg electrocin medication initially and now cut down to 50mg. For the past theee months I am feeling very tired on and off and also feeling slight cramps on my feet and hands. My skin touch sensation all over the body has reduced I feel including my scalp. My bones also ache and feel stressed early mornings when I wake up. Is it a matter of worry ? Please advice
