Needs to differentiate weather its infective or non- infective. Any fever, Dry/ wet cough, Any weight loss, Blood in Sputum, Any contact with Person having TB, Food and sleep habits

Next Steps

1.Take Alex cough lozenges, Chewable Four times a days, for 3 days 2.Syp. Ambrolite S, 10 ML, three times a day , after food x 5 days 3. Tab. Nexpro RD, twice daily,before food x 5 days
