Flu

I have had a history with high triglycerides. While at one point over 3000 (yes thousand) they are now around 250. I have not been drinking alcohol at all this past year, but am taking a cruise and am hoping to imbibe while on board. How bad is a week of binge drinking while otherwise abstaining compared to having 2-3 drinks a month?

Feeling exhausted. Can't determine if hungry or not. No hunger in general but hungry after eating meals. Too sleepy.

I’m a 24 year old male from the UK, and I am soon moving to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia to work for 12 months. While I have been given several other vaccines, the nurse has never mentioned tuberculosis. I was not vaccinated for TB when I was younger and I’m just concerned that I may need it in Malaysia. I will be living within an urban area and working in a office. Would you recommend I get vaccinated for TB?

I'm suffering pain starting from left under arm, till wrist on a particular vein. There are small 2 sores on my joint too. I did some blood test last week and the nurse took blood from my left hand only. I'm not sure if this is caused because of that. The pain increases when I lift my hand upwards. Please help.

I started coughing a little a couple days ago it’s not severe just on and off. also my lower back had really bad pain that came out of no where. with the flu going around i don’t want to risk anything. should i see a doctor ? i am a little congested with a runny nose too but it could just be a cold.

An unvaccinated street puppy( less than 6 months old) bit me while playing. it is a very minor scratch. i am not even sure if the skin is even punctured. and of course there was no blood. do i have to get rabies vaccination? if yes, how soon? p.s. it is not possible to properly monitor the dog as it is a street dog, although near my house so some behavioural change can be observed
