My SGPT/ALT is 70.2 U/L and SGOT/AST 58.3 U/L is it a fatty lever? If yes, then medication need to be started? What natural remedies are there?

Dr my father who is 70 years old .. just had a bad bout of viral fever followed by critically low sodium and Potassium.. but now since the levels have recovered he is feeling better.. but he is extremely weak and just not eating anything for last 5 days and is on dextrose drip.. what can be done to make him start eating .. or is it normal and takes time ??
