Hi doctor, As per my annual health checkup report, my tsh level is high where as t3&t4 are normal. Cholesterol is also seem to be high. Please find attach report for same. I need to know can i control both tsh level and cholesterol by changing my lifestyle means start doing regular excercise and control diet or should i go for medicine. Please suggest. Thanks
