High vitamin A
I have been told i have high levels of vitamin A causing rellogen wffluvium. However dont eat alot of meat or fiah. And dont take diet supplimenta. What can cause high levels of vitamin A as it is not something i am contributing to

I think the term u mean is telogen effluvium .Its nothing but thinning of hair and hairfall . Main cause of this is stress and poor dietary food habits. High level of vit A is very very rare and I don't think u have its overdose but it's deficiency leading to telogen effluvium. If this is not ur problem then contact me further to clear ur doubts
