Tuberculosis vaccine?
I’m a 24 year old male from the UK, and I am soon moving to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia to work for 12 months. While I have been given several other vaccines, the nurse has never mentioned tuberculosis. I was not vaccinated for TB when I was younger and I’m just concerned that I may need it in Malaysia. I will be living within an urban area and working in a office. Would you recommend I get vaccinated for TB?

If it is an immigration prerequisite you have to. Get a bcg vaccine with a certificate from a doctor. Some countries also require a chest x ray.
