My age is 18 and weight is 55. I am going mma(mixed martcal arts) class in every 3 days in week for 3 hours i want to be increase my weight !!! Give some tips ? And which drinks should i use before workout and after workout

I've had fever ranging between 99-101 F from the past 5 days. I have been vomiting most of my food if not on medication. Also, I get occasional pain in my stomach. Along with that, I have had throat infection followed by cough from 3 days.

I take szetalo plus 1/2 tablet every day. my doctor prescribed me azithromycin for another problem. can I take both tablets together?

From past 3 to 4 days im suffereing from dry mouth and throat at night only even now im feeling the same feeling sleepy but couldnt sleep because of anxiety on dry mouth..... Can dry mouth can cause death and whom to consult... Its 5.30 still didnt slept whole night... Too much dry mouth and throat and white coloured tongue....

I probably have jocks Itch for about a year or more now. My dermatologist has suggested various Anti/Fungals but the problem persists and the itching continues. It itches mostly after waking up in the morning and standing around for long. I’m currently using Ebercanazole at mornings and Livafun at night as per my doctor. I have also stopped wearing tight clothing and dry my body thoroughly after bathing. I need to get rid of this and need some suggestions Thanks
