I am having a very severe cough problem from the past 1.5 week. Once i start coughing it is like an attack and lasts about 10-15 min at a stretch. It grows in the night and i can't sleep, it is like i will vomit from it. My throat and body aches from coughing all the time. It starts generally when around some dust or smoke or pollution. Cough syrups are also not showing any improvements. The cough is very sticky and tight. Help.

Hi doctor, my typhoid test on Jan 22 nd ST O 1:160 ST H 1:80 and now today Feb 5th results ST O 1:40 , ST H 1:40.. my doc. said course completed 14 days of cefixime and multivitamin tabs twice a day . the above results on Feb 5 says I am negative of typhoid ? but I am getting morning 98.3 temp and evening 99,  99.1 or 99.2 temperature of fever. what I have to do now . pls suggest
