I am a smoker, from last few days my chest is paining, when I stretch my chest, pain decreases, though I also think that m having acidity, when I release it from my mouth my chest pain decreases.. Can you tell me the actual reason of chest pain and also the solution for that

Back in 2015 I started to get very hot and started to sweat frequently. I would sweat very much when it is 25 degrees Celcius outside. It got so bad that I started to sweat when it's 20 degrees outside. I wnt for tests and my thyroid and cortisol levels were normal. I am still getting very hot and sweating as much as I did back in 2015. Any other tests that can be done?

Our neighbors dog bit me on thigh , the wound was deep but neighbor told me not to go to doc as dog is already vaccinated. But after a day wound began to swell and became tight on inside. Whenever I drink a larger quantity of alcohol (such as more than two to three beers) my face begins to go numb, not completely as to where I can't feel it but similar to a pins and needles feeling. I've also noticed when I wake up the next morning my face is fine, but my lower back will be sore. I was wondering if this is normal, or something I should worry about.
