Hi, I have taken the test for vitamin d and it shows the result as 7 which is very slow. Had muscle pain and spasm in the body. So can I take uprise 60k tablets? How long should I need to take. Please guide me and my age is 30.

Since your vitamin D levels are 7 & you also have symptoms like muscle pain etc, we can conclude that you have severe vitamin D deficiency. It's always better to consult a physician in this kind of situation and take treatment only after getting examined. For quick relief of symptoms, vitamin D supplementation with Inj.Arachitol can be taken from your doctor. Otherwise, you can also take Syr.Arachitol-nano (60000 IU in 5ml) weekly once for 8 weeks. It is a nanotechnology based oral suspension of vitamin D and has around 90% oral bioavailabilty (absorbed & enters into systemic circulation) whereas capsule/powder formulations have only around 20-30% bioavailability. After 8weeks of treatment, you need to reassess your vitamin D levels and if the values are normal, then booster dose of 60000 IU once a month for next 1-2 years will be sufficient.
Next Steps
1.Consult your family doctor/physician. 2. Daily morning (between 6am to 8am) and evening (between 4pm to 6pm)  exposing skin to sunlight for 20-30minutes would help you to restore your vitamin D levels to a great extent.
