Hello, I was drinking about 1-1.5 bottles of wine a night and 3 cups of coffee a day (heavy cream & sugar). I've decided to cut back on both. Now, my eyes are red/bloodshot and I have dark circles under my eyes. Midday, it feels like I just can't concentrate on my work and I feel tired.. I tested my blood pressure for the past few days, and I'm in that (130-140)s/(80-90) d mark. My hands get cold frequently, and sometimes my foot gets tingly from sitting. I tested blood sugar 69 fasting.

My husband is 25yrs old and suffering from fever,chills,bodyaches,headache from 3 days we consulted doctor and taking medicines but bodyaches are severe..and usually my husband suffers from leg pain daily after wakeuping ..

I'm a new nursing student and I need proof of MMR immunity for my clinical. I've had both doses of the vaccine on 8/5/11 and 2/23/12. However, my clinical professor is worried if I'm still immune and wants me to ask a doctor if they feel I should get titers done to confirm immunity. Do you think I should still have immunity? Or do you think I'm at risk and should have titers done to confirm?
