My friend gets inflammation in mucous membranes - mouth, genital sort of ulceration, biopsy most likely erosive lichen planus. Another doctor ruled out that znd said only inflammation. Most triggers with stress and eating wheat. Can this be due to any food intolerdnce like wheat or so. Any diet changes that can be tried. Please advice

My mothere age is 51 and she is an asthama patient since 25+ yrs....Today she had a blood check up in which normal range was (6000-10000) but hers was 19700.....In her DLC eosophills count was 12 whereas normal was upto 8... Dr has advised her to take 10 injections and antibiotic treatment and he also performed one more test which was basically for discovery whether it was bacterial or viral infection.. I've beebn bitten by a mice. There is no wound and there is no bleed however it has a small red mark in the surface. A day after i noticed that when i touch the bitten surface. Its kind a bit hurt. Could you help me do i need to take antirabies vaccine??
