Well your vitamin D levels are less...I would suggest you to take calcium 500 mg once a day in the afternoon and also take cholecalciferol sachets d3 once a week for 4 weeks apart from the tablets...yiu also need to sit in the morning sun for 20.minutes..Meet a physician..Thank you
