Hello i got diarrhoea and vomit since last night. 5-6 vomit and too many times diarrhoea. I kept myself dehydrated and took 1 morning and 1 after noon pill of lomotil. Vomit is controlled nd loose motion are less frequent but not stopped. There is no fever.
