Hello Doctor I am 58 treat old male and recently I just started having terrible hot flushes and perspire profusely more so at night

I dont have fever but wiedal test is showing that I have thyfoid. I want to do a full thyfoid test as wiedal is not a reliable one which test or what are the tests should I go for to know that do i really have thyfoid and how much it has affected my health.
